How to install it?

Step 1: Download the MICPID Tool

1. Visit the official Microchip website or designated download page.
2. Download the ZIP file (e.g., MICPID_Tool_v1.1.6.zip).

Step 2: Extract the ZIP File

1. Locate the downloaded ZIP file.
2. Right-click and select "Extract All" (or use a tool like 7-Zip/WinRAR).
3. Choose a destination folder (e.g., C:\MICPID_Tool).
4. Click "Extract" to unzip the files.

Step 3: Run the MICPID Tool as Administrator

Open DFT Pro, go to Mediatek > Boot & Meta Mode > Write Critical Data, click Start, and connect the device in META mode.
